Chung Wang

Experience and expertise

Chung is a Partner of the US Tax Consulting Services in Beijing, China. He has over 24 years of experience in US tax compliance, planning and consulting, including 18 years of experience in helping non-US companies in all aspects of US taxation including reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border financing. He lived in Texas for a decade and worked in the tax department of a Texas based multinational corporation before moving to Canada to assist non-US companies in their US and cross-border tax matters for another 17 years. 

He had been a US tax partner of PwC Canada for 8 years before moving back to China in October 2022. Chung hopes to use his experience and knowledge to help Chinese companies obtain the most tax benefits and efficiency while doing business in the US.

In addition to his US CPA and Canadian CPA licenses, he has also earned a Master’s Degree in US Taxation and an MBA.
