Wei Leon Guo

Guo Wei is a Deals partner based in our Beijing office. He is also a member of PwC’s global Steering Committee on Taking Control. Prior to joining PwC’s Deals team in 2004, his experience includes auditing and investment banking focusing on private placement.

Guo Wei has offered various M&A related professional service to clients, including buy side due diligence, negotiation and support, valuation and forecast review, financial restructuring and vendor support. He has advised clients ranging from large private equity funds, Fortune 500 multinational companies to top tier domestic groups. His industry coverage includes utilities, oil & gas, automobile, industrial products, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, real estate, education, telecommunication among others.

Guo Wei has also assisted several high profile multinational companies and domestic companies in forming joint ventures and strategic alliances in China, in the automotive, technology, and consumer products sectors.

Guo Wei is a Certified Public Accountant in China and Certified General Accountant in Canada.
