Tim Guo

Tim is a Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Greater China Restructuring and Insolvency Practice and is based in our Shanghai office.  He joined PwC's Audit and assurance practice after graduating from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1999 and pursued financial auditing for 8 years. Subsequently he took on a senior role at a global financial institution where he held the position of Head of Accounting and Reporting in China. Tim then re-joined PwC in our Deals practice and has specialised in merger & acquisition and restructuring and insolvency work. Tim has over 16 years of professional experience.
 

Tim has advised on clients ranging from large state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, Fortune 500 multinational companies, financial services companies and private equity funds, covering a wide range of industries including financial services, real estate, automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemical, etc. Tim is a Certified Public Accountant in China.
