Steven Wong

Steven is PwC China and Hong Kong TMT industry tax leader. He is also the leader of Account and Payroll Services in China. Steven has previously worked with PwC Hong Kong for 3 years and was transferred to the Beijing office in 1998.

Steven has extensive experience in advising clients on pre-investment, formulation of corporate structure for listing purpose, set up of representative offices, joint ventures and wholly foreign owned enterprises in various industries, and tax incentives planning.

Steven's clients include multinational companies in China as well as giant state owned enterprises. He established good and long term relationship with the government organizations such as Ministry of Commerce, State Administration of Taxation, Beijing Municipal Office and Beijing Local Taxation Bureau.

Steven graduated at Monash University in Melbourne Australia with a Bachelor Degree of Economics. Steven is a member of the Australian Society of CPAs and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
