Philip Yang

Philip Yang is China North Digital Trust & Risk Leader, and currently heads the Energy & Infrastructure, SOE in South China, and he is also Financial Services Risk Leader of PwC China Digital Trust & Risk.

Philip joined PwC in 1996 and specialized in audit, information systems and process management advisory, risk & compliance, internal audit, financial management advisory and other services, accumulating plenty of practical experience and professional skills. He has provided professional services to numerous categories of clients and industries. While providing professional services to clients, he has long been committed to promoting the development of industry service products, actively participating in relevant activities of industry associations, and communicating with regulatory authorities to provide professional opinions on related specialty issues.

Mr. Yang is a Certified Public Accountant (CICPA), an International Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Privacy Management Specialist (CIPM), and the holder of Securities Qualification Certificate.
