Mike Chiang

Michael is the tax partner from PwC China based in Shanghai. Michael has joined PwC Shanghai since 2001.

Michael is familiar with the business and legal issues related to foreign investment in China. Michael has been involved extensively in forming strategy, planning for holding structures, and streamlining the operation model with healthy tax position, especially for electronics, entertainment, food, and retail business. Michael also has great experience in developing approach for business transformation for the group with IPO potentials. 

Before joining PwC, Michael was the member of Taipei Bar Association, and practiced in law in Taipei Taiwan.
