• Justin has over 11 years of professional service experience with PwC tax team, including 3 years of experience with the M&A tax team in PwC U.S. Chicago office.

Relevant experience

Justin has served many multinational and domestic clients in a wide range of industry sectors. In particular, he has strong knowledge and experience in the sectors such as pharmaceuticals and healthcare, automobile, consumer products and retail, high-tech, industrial products, etc. He provides tax, business and investment consulting services to his clients, covering the topics of restructuring and reorganization, structure planning, post-deal integration, tax health check and internal control review, market entry & exit strategy, etc.

Justin also specializes in VAT related services, including VAT digital solution design and implementation, VAT health check, resolving VAT related controversies with tax bureaus.  Justin’s recent VAT related projects include:

• Assisting a US agribusiness group in designing and developing a VAT centralization and automation system
• Assisting a domestic listing group in designing and implementing a VAT digital solution to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the VAT management
• Assisting a US based leading pharmaceutical company in designing and implementing a VAT and invoice management system

Qualifications

• Justin graduated from Fudan University and completed five month executive courses in U.S. taxation in the University of Southern California. Justin is a Certified Public Accountant in China.
