Johnny Shen

Mr. Johnny Shen is a partner of PwC’s Workforce Tax services based in Shanghai. He has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting services for clients from various industries. His client portfolio includes TMT, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Energy.

Johnny specialises in Human Capital Management and Organisation Transformation. He focuses on Strategy planning, Organisation design, Corporation governance, Performance management, Compensation management, Incentives planning, etc. He helps clients’ management teams aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models by applying capabilities such as scenario modelling, organisation design, workforce planning & analytics, as well as talent strategy.

Johnny has domestic and overseas working experience for years. He worked for Deloitte Consulting and Hejun Consulting in China and State Street Corp. (Custodian Bank) in USA before joining PwC.

Johnny received his Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from the State University of New York – University at Buffalo. He is also Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and member of Chartered Global Management Accountant.
