Jimmy Chan

Jimmy Chan has been with PwC for over 20 years and is currently a partner in the Shenzhen office at PwC China. Jimmy specialises in business valuation, financial modelling, intangible asset valuations and financial instrument valuation for M&A transactions and financial reporting.

Jimmy has extensive experience in valuation advisory and investment appraisal for businesses in financial institutions, industrial products, natural resources, consumer products, retailing, and other services sectors based in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other Asian countries.

• Speaker for various start-up programs (Sprinter, NXTEC, LEAP, Tech Raiser) organised by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP).
• Consultant of the clinic sessions for start-up companies organised by HKSTP.
