Jennifer Huang joined PwC in 2003 and currently is a Partner in the Advisory Division of PwC in China, specialising in valuation advisory services. She has extensive working experience in valuation for deal pricing, tax planning and financial reporting purposes.
The clients Jennifer has served cover a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, TMT, transportation, financial services and private equity funds, etc.
The valuation services Jennifer has engaged in include equity, intangible asset, financial instrument, financial modelling, as well as valuation advisory services. She has a deep knowledge of international and domestic valuation methodologies and practices, and has extensive practical project experiences. The services she has provided for various domestic and multinational companies include valuations and reviews, deals advisory, valuation policy framework and value creation advisory, etc. More recently, Jennifer has been actively involved in the valuation services in connection with equity interests and intellectual property transfer in global group restructuring and cross-border mergers and acquisitions for various multinational companies, as well as professional services of deal and valuation advisory and performance evaluation for state-owned enterprises. Jennifer is also a lecturer at PwC’s venture campus, providing training courses and professional advice on the development, financing and valuation for new economy companies.
Jennifer graduated from Fudan University with a major in finance. She is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder, and a Chartered Public Accountant in China (CICPA).
