Helen Zhang

Helen Zhang is a Tax Partner in PwC China and based in Qingdao.

Helen has more than 18 years working experience with taxation in China and USA . She has been actively involved in tax and business consultation and tax provision review to many foreign enterprises, as well as many state-owned and private companies. She also has rich experience on tax and business consultation to multinational companies during various stages of their business development in China, including setting up and structuring their business, fulfilling relevant registration and filing requirements, and advising on the applicable tax regimes.

Helen worked for Qingdao State Taxation Bureau for more than 10 years. She actively involved in drafting many corporation income tax policies initiated by State Administration of Taxation, as well as drafting local tax regulations in Qingdao region. She keeps very good relationship with the Department.

Helen obtained her master degree of Taxation Laws from Golden Gate University in U.S.A and obtained her master degree of taxation from Shandong University in China.

Helen is a member of CPA in China.
