Ferry Gu is a Partner at PwC China and has been focusing on valuation since 2009. Ferry has been involved extensively in valuation for transactions, covering various industries including pharmaceutical, semiconductor, industrial products, manufacturing, TMT, auto and auto parts, real estate and more.

Ferry provides valuation and related deal support services to listed companies and corporations, state-owned enterprises, foreign multinational corporations, private equity firms and other financial institutions. Ferry is experienced in valuations for financial reporting purposes, valuations for tax planning purposes and valuations of financial instruments.

Ferry graduated from Tongji University and he is a CFA charter holder.
