Crystal Liu is a partner of PwC’s Workforce Tax services based in Shenzhen. Crystal has over 15 years of professional experience in China tax consulting services and she is a Certified Tax Agent in China. During her professional years, Crystal has developed extensive experience in providing tax consulting services to companies and individuals in China.

Crystal has extensive experience in providing individual income tax and payroll consulting and compliance projects, including payroll structure design and compliance, individual income tax consulting and compliance, social insurance and other employment tax scheme analysis.  

She has provided tax solutions and business advisory services for the senior management team of multinational and local companies, as well as other high net-worth individuals. In particular, she has in-depth experiences in assisting start-up companies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area ("GBA") for individual tax solutions for founders and senior management team, including individual income tax implications analysis and implementation support for pre-IPO tax restructuring, tax compliance and consulting in equity incentive plan and shareholding structure design, employment structure consulting, etc.
