Callie Liu

Callie Liu is a partner at PwC China, specialising in various valuation advisory services, in particular statutory valuation for State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) filing purposes. She mainly provides global clients with pre-transaction valuation and deals pricing purposes, as well as financial reporting and tax planning purposes for their asset and equity transfer, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture establishment and other investment and trading activities in global transactions.

Callie also provides valuation advisory and review services related to fair value measurement for clients who intend to go for initial public offerings in Hong Kong and the US capital markets.

Callie has over 15 years of experience in valuation areas specialising in property and real estate, equity, intangible assets, fixed assets and financial instrument valuation etc.

She is a member of the Professional Technical Committee of the Beijing Assets Appraisal Association and also an expert of the China Intellectual Property Society. Callie is also a qualified Chinese Public Valuer (CPV) and China Real Estate Appraiser (CREA). She has passed all the examinations for the securities and futures industry in China.
