Stella Fu

Stella was awarded her Bachelor of Economy from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2001 and started her career in tax and business advisory services in Shanghai thereafter. She is a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and Certified Tax Agent (CTA).

Stella is in charge of Aviation Business Service team in PwC Central China and provides PRC tax and investment related advices in financial service sector including aircraft leasing tax services. She has extensive experience in advising FS clients and local government for aviation, aircraft leasing and air finance structure etc. Her expertise in aviation tax sector can help client build up effective tax planning and air finance structure for the potential investment or transactions. Stella has close relationship with regulators including but not limited to China Bank and Insurance Regulatory Committee, Shanghai Finance Supervisory Bureau, tax bureau, etc., which makes her to efficiently coordinate between the FS clients and regulators.
