Kevin Wang

Kevin Wang is a tax partner with Beijing office of PwC China.  He is China International Tax Service Leader and China North Global Structuring Service Leader. He has around 20 years of working experience in tax practice with Big Four firms. 

Kevin has extensive experiences in M&A transaction, group reorganization, IPO, exit strategy, vendor assistance and restructuring of distressed assets. He specializes in advising clients on cross-border transactions associated with design of tax efficient acquisition strategy, holding and financing structure.

Kevin worked in Australia for around three years from 2007 to 2010, assisting Chinese clients investing in Australia.  He re-joined PwC Beijing in 2010, and has helped many corporate clients and PE funds with their overseas acquisition and investment.  Kevin is also heavily involved in design of tax efficient operating structure, assistance of global tax management and formulation of tax strategy for his clients.  He serves clients in a wide range of industries such as TMT, energy, resources, pharmaceutical, automotive, construction, real estate, etc.  

Kevin graduated from Peking University and has a Bachelor degree in law.  He is also a Master graduate of Law School in Melbourne University.  Kevin is a member of China CPA and a Fellow of CPA Australia.
